Avoid the traffic and let us come to you! Our in-home training programs are designed to meet individual needs and are specifically tailored with your personal goals in mind. Choose from a combination of weight training, cardiovascular training, balance/stability work, Pilates, or martial arts. Workouts can be performed indoor or outdoors, weather permitting. For a nominal fee, we’d be happy to consult – minimalist or state-of-the-art -with you to build or expand upon your in-home training facility.

Personal training allows clients to gain strength, cardiovascular fitness, and self-esteem in a supportive one-on-one environment both indoors or outdoors. We have a myriad of year-round outdoor training sites to choose from, as well as a private Pilates, strength and marital arts training facility – The Fit Lab in Falcon Heights – as well as two new indoor Twin Cities locations coming soon.
