We have a myriad of year-round outdoor training sites to choose from, an in-home Pilates studio in Hamel, MN, and access to two private training studios in Delano and St. Paul. Each session is individually tailored to meet your personal needs and goals. Personal training includes but is not limited to weight training, cardiovascular training, balance and stability work, Pilates and martial arts.
