Synthetic Underwear, Gortex Pants, Wool Socks, Keen Snow boots with insulated inserts<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

2) Fuel – Sugars (will keep you sharp) & Fat (will keep you warm).<\/div>\n
Peanut or Almond Butter Sandwiches, Trail Mix with chocolate & dried berries, Laura bar, cliff bar etc. Keep in your inside pocket close to the body so food doesn\u2019t freeze.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
