Additionally, adventuring experiences can be designed to offer in-studio clients the possibility of doing something a bit different by getting outside their comfort zone and moving beyond their perceived limitations. Clients can take their basic fitness skills and training outside and enjoy the beauties of nature while biking, hiking, climbing, paddling, skiing, and\/or snowshoeing. Michael is a Winter Outdoor Specialist with NOLS ski mountaineering and cold weather survival training.
